[x3d-public] JSON Schema Toolset, SDK and Documentation

Joe, practically all the JSON files I have been sharing with Don et al over
the last few months are very simple X3D scenes.   If you find an JSON scene
which doesn't display properly at least in Cobweb/X3DJSONLD, let me know
 and I will look into it.
