[x3d-public] Vizx3D authoring tool found on Internet Archive

Note that it doesn’t have a version attribute on the X3D tag.  I wonder if we should modify X3dToJson.xslt to look a the DTD and other information associated with the XML and put in the version (3.0) when generating JSON.
