[x3d-public] X3D Tidy support updated for ProtoInstance USE no longer needing name field

Great catch, thank you.  Updated and checked in at

with a few documentation improvements plus acknowledgments added.

Hope this might become an useful preprocessor for your testing.  I have not applied it to all the scenes in the X3D Examples Archive, so be careful out there!
