[x3d-public] X3D Tidy support updated for X3D Validator

Fixed a longstanding blocker in the Saxon stylesheet transformation inside a servlet, have now added X3D Tidy for X3D Validator.

This further strengthens X3D Quality Assurance (QA), which identifies errors and warnings in order to make X3D scene content more portable and reliable.
