Comment on HAnim DIS Part 1  - Table B.2

Annex B Table B.2 is not complete. 

Evaluation of the V2 Site objects used these references:
* Annex B Table B.2 list
* Usage of Site objects in V1 Annex A text and examples  
* Examination of ISO7250-1 Landmarks and measurement points.  

>From this: V2 should retain V1 feature points while adding some new landmarks and measurement points defined by ISO7250-1. 
V2 should add some important new Site objects for all extremities.

1. Table B.2 — Feature points, must list all surface feature points used as Site objects in the v2 specification.  

History. V1 B.2 table did not list all Site objects used in the Annex A examples. Table B.2 listed 76 prominent ISO7250 landmarks of the time. Some were added in the Annex A tables and example user code to name important interface points, such as fingertips. Latest 7250-1 includes some added in V1, and also includes some other important interface and measurement features, such as toe tips in the new LOA4 foot models.

These are new for V2. The suffix+ indicates new, the () indicates name used in v1 but not listed in V1 Table B.2.
