[x3d-public] RenderedTexture support

Thanks. The example never finished loading on my lowly moto e.

On a low-end win10 laptop it works fine on chrome and firefox but not
on edge which does not like the cubemaps.

Although the idea is to allow for dynamic reflections, a static
screenshot attached may help as well.
