[x3d-public] X3DJSONLD X_ITE currently disabled

X3DJSONLD X_ITE is currently disabled while we investigate bug related
X_ITE 4.2.1 X3D function.   If you need it, let me know and I will revert
to X_ITE 4.1.5.

 So far, no changes have been made to X3DJSONLD JavaScript to support 4.2.1.
