[x3d-public] Bad ECMAScript in X3DJSAIL JSON output: #sourceText handling

That error in javascript: source normalization (turning comments fatal) is now fixed, committed and deployed.  Latest X3DJSAIL updated.

The errors in XML comments also seem to be fixed.

Am again running all JSON conversions for regression testing.
