[x3d-public] comment on declarative programming, duality

I think the declarative programming is a great way to hide all the details  (which are important for the programmer) from the author  (who is Interested  in a "ready-to-use" scene that he can create like with Lego). So there is no "good" or "bad" but only a "fittIng to a purpose more or less"

I think declarative programming may hide the functional nature of attributes and indexes (store, retrieve), and may overall, be bad for computer science.

But it’s form versus function, after all, which will probably never go away, as long as a particle-wave duality exists.
