[x3d-public] CDATA sections don't show up on this X3D Resources Example, Basic Shaders, that I can see in the decorated X3D

Thanks for reporting this problem (in subject line).

The original model is OK.

X3dToXhtml.xslt pretty-print stylesheet updated to handle ShaderPart and ShaderProgram CDATA blocks.  Corrected example attached.

Also applied some corrections to tooltips for nodes in shader component.

We will only have two Shader examples in the archives... (likely somebody sent me others and I dropped synch.
