Looking further at 7250-1, HAnim V1 added many convenient measurement points not mentioned by the old 7250. 
Many of the V1 added points are in the latest 7250-1 and can be the same or renamed for V2. And of course there are some 7250-1 that are new or different, plus a few that are not in 7250-1 but are added by V2.

I don’t think all this needs to be documented in hanim standard, it is just trying to follow the evolution of 7250 (and CAESAR measurements database) over the years of relative inactivity of web3D x3d hanim.
