[x3d-public] docker

[John Carlson]

Will people be satisfied with an X3DJSAIL installation as part of a docker image, probably available at hub.docker.com?   We’ll try to get a Jenkins version in there.

Feedback welcome.

This will avoid some of the issues we are having I think, but I don’t know much about docker.
