John,

A movie is not just a script and a symphony is not just melody. There is
a craft component to all of those which could be supported by some AI,
but the real artistry is not in AI, but particular insights that the
director, composer, author, painter, etc. bring and implement in the work.

Any AI developed artwork would (IMO) either seem too trite because the
AI system could only use previously developed material, or too
far-fetched because the randomness added by the AI system would end up
putting the material in the uncanny valley.

Anyone doing original programming (using Excel, Blender, vim, or TECO)
is already a creative person. If you wish to express your creativity in
other means; study up on the expression techniques for those other
media, or partner with someone who already knows that. It's much more
efficient and produces are greater result.
