Can't happen.  Eliminating intermediate interfaces would break our correct Java implementation of the X3D interfaces.  Meanwhile the Java is correct and works.  So our fix must be either in adapting Pyjnius or else fixing Pyjnius.  Looking forward to a debug session together on that task.
