[x3d-public] Fatal X3DJSAIL error using JDK 8u202; OpenJDK12 tests worked

Got similar results when running tests using OpenJDK 12, which is good.

So it looks like we can sit at JDK1.8 for a while yet without blocking more advanced versions of Java.
