[x3d-public] Totally untested build of Typescript X3DTSAIL.

Has anyone gotten a chance to look at this?

I don’t know the typescript ecosystem.

Alex, this is why we didn’t initially target TypeScript.  Transpiling from Java to TypeScript with JSweet!
