[x3d-public] browser option dashboard, table placement, typo

Short summary:
The default value for Dashboard in Table 9.2 should be 'false'. Agreed ?
The table and the whole section 9.2.4 needs a new home, perhaps in
concepts, or core.
Section 4.4.2.4.2 typo: ISO/IEC 197775 should read ISO/IEC 19775.
Perhaps already fixed ?

has a "Dashboard" browser option. It's default value is supposed to be
derived from the (first?) bound NavigationInfo node in the scene.

However, NavigationInfo in the spec.

does not seem have a related field. Should the default just become 'false' ?

Also, Table 9.2 seems misplaced in the networking component section. A
better place may be in

or perhaps in the abstract SAI spec., next to

and a new, proposed getBrowserOption function, similar to
getBrowserProperty which has a table.

Finally, section 4.4.2.4.2 Modifying objects via programmatic access in

has a typo at the end of the third paragraph:

ISO/IEC 197775 should read ISO/IEC 19775.
