[x3d-public] [semantics-public] X3DUOM improvements and X3D Ontology additions: further datatype information; python deployed

Log creation was a day earlier, it takes about 6 hours (meaning overnight) to run 3900 model conversions.

Yesterday I upgraded to Python 3.8 and pushed update of x3d.py autogenerated package to 0.0.18
