[x3d-public] X_ITE + X3D JSON not rendering 3 cubes, instead 3 cylinders

This file has problems rendering to latest X_ITE in X3DJSONLD

JSON converted to XML works fine.

Final result should be 4 boxes, current JSON results in 1 cube and 3
cylinders.
