[x3d-public] Trying to build latest and greatest X3DJSAIL failed

Things built a week ago, and built again tonight except for the nashorn compilation error reported separately.

You are using older versions,  I am using Ant 1.10.7, OpenJDK 14 and Netbeans 1.3... latest greatest recommendations maintained at

	Savage Developers Guide
	https://savage.nps.edu/Savage/developers.html
	Ant, Java, Netbeans

Netbeans is not necessary to build any of this work.
