[x3d-public] Problems with X3dToJava.xslt

No changes to X3dToJava.xslt, so I'm sending my latest
BoxManAnimationPanel.java for review and incorporation of patterns into
X3dToJava.xslt.

Note that this pattern creates probably thousands of classes!
