You will find updated X3DUOM (copied from sourceforge) and JSON schemas in
those folders.  These are draft-07 schemas (not 2019-09), I think--so best
of luck.

Also, stylesheets are updated, so if you've codegened using don.sh,
donlocal.sh or donall.sh, or converted XML to JSON using RunSaxon (not
DOM2JSONSerializer.js), your new results may be affected.
