Summary:
- Cone, Cylinder bottom/side/top field signatures miss comma between [ in out ]

https://www.web3d.org/specifications/X3Dv4Draft/ISO-IEC19775-1v4-WD2/Part01/components/geometry3D.html#Cone

and

https://www.web3d.org/specifications/X3Dv4Draft/ISO-IEC19775-1v4-WD2/Part01/components/geometry3D.html#Cylinder

allow now in and out events for their bottom/side/top fields. The
signatures have a '[in out]' designation. In all other nodes, this is
written with a comma: "[in,out]"

Why not just make all fields modifiable, eg. include height/radius ?
It looks somewhat inconsistent to have only selected fields although I
understand there are some performance implications. A minor concern,

-Andreas
