[x3d-public] example for PointSet with normals

There is such an example at https://www.kshell.com/pages/archimedes/visualization_comparison/pointset_archie_normal.x3d

The data in this example is the same used in the 3 comparison visualizations on the page at https://www.kshell.com/pages/archimedes/visualization_comparison . The DirectedPointSet example on this page implements through a Prototype a node combining a Coordinate and a Normal field. This Prototype implements the standard porcupine-style rendering of this node.
