[x3d-public] Audio and Sound meeting 10 August 2020: conference tutorial, W3C Audio working group, defining/connecting audio graphs

I am thinking of web audio in a DIS environment .  That is, if one
participant makes a noise, can another person hear it? Also related are
sonar and radar for object detection and shadowing.   My guess is the
latter is more important for DIS.
