[x3d-public] Rethinking url= MFString

What if we could add a field/attribute, pipelineEnabled=true/false to
Anchor, Inline, etc., such that the url field/attribute would be
interpreted as a UNIX pipeline. I am not sure about && and ||.  I was
thinking of a program per SFString, with pipes connecting the input to the
output of each sequential pair of commands/SFStrings.
