[x3d-public] X3DUOM translation and center defaults

Hi Joe. Confirming our discussion yesterday, if you guys get a list of default values then I've figured out how we might best enter them in X3D XML Schema and X3DUOM.

Adjusting our default models, or adding new ones, will certainly help confirm that everything is working satisfactorily.

Am glad we added an index value for each named joint/segment/site during specification design.

Good luck, there are a lot of values!

It would seem best to work on collecting the coordinates.   Are the missing coordinates found in Tidy? Joe's hierarchy says there's 131 coordinates to find, and schematron (missing5.txt) says there's 65 centers that are blank (joints)
