[x3d-public] Sound component: diffraction sources

Efi thanks again for the excellent diagram showing specular and diffuse reflection, refraction, and diffraction.

We show how to accomplish the first three modalities but not the fourth (diffraction).  Am thinking we need to say something.

Initial draft for review, placed at end of 16.2.3 Sound propagation.

"Diffraction sources are not explicitly represented in this component, but instead are best modeled by audio chains including ListenerPoint and SpatialSound to emulate such sophisticated sound characteristics."

Powerful API!  All improvements welcome.
