[x3d-public] Sphere subdivision in to X3DV4 standard

freewrl doesn't do geometry shaders. Yet. In part because product is used
across a lot of platforms, not all of which are geom-shader ready, in part
because there's usually another (routine?) way to do it.
will be interesting.
