[x3d-public] super class of MF, SF types wrong in es6/x3d.mjs

MF*, SF* classes inherit from Array in x3d.mjs, when they should inherit
from X3DField (see python SAI).   X3DField is only mentioned in appinfo in
X3DUOM, so no wonder I didn't find it until accidentally running across it
in x3d.py.

Is this a TBD in X3DUOM?

Heck if I know how I find these things!
