After many years of effort by many individuals in the HAnim Working Group, we're happy to report that the new Web3D HAnim version 2 Specification is publicly available at the Web3D Consortium website.

Of further note is that HAnim version 2 is supported in the forthcoming draft X3D4 specification, which is available to members in Github.  Primary changes:
- Component renamed from H-Anim to HAnim,
- Added description, loa and other fields,
- Added component level 3 to support HAnimMotion node.

Preliminary descriptions of all added/updated nodes are found in X3D Tooltips.
