[x3d-public] The mystery of scoping in the ProtoExpander, revealed!

So, I need to implement scoping in the ProtoExpander something like this:

ProtoBody/ProtoDeclare around
ProtoInstance(s) around ProtoBody/ProtoDeclare(s) ...

ProtoInstance(s) around ProtoBody/Declare(s) around ProtoInstance(s) ...

What other scoping gotchas might there be?
