[x3d-public] HAnim 2 specification, samples in XML (X3DOM) and JSON (X_ITE)

A4 and B3 work as expected, 
A1, A2, and A3 have various problems
A3 works except for hud doesn’t track 
C3 has no controls

I haven't been able to get JSON working with X3DOM, perhaps I made some HAnim related changes to JSONParser.  I will revert to download/dev version of X3DOM and see if I have luck
