[x3d-public] ooops, changes to X3DJSONLD for HAnim messing up codegen

I am seeing some problems in Java generated code using several.sh in
X3DJSONLD. (this is not your java, Don).

These are likely due to changes in X3DJSONLD.js

So the JavaSerializer.js PythonSerializer.js and JavaScript serializers
probably need to change.

I'm fairly sure that HAnim still works in X3DOM and X_ITE (at least my
version of X3DOM), but I will double check!
