[x3d-public] X3D4 draft specification: pristine CD text preparation

Good question Michalis.

- WD2 is the directory on github that we continue to update as the master version,
- WD3 (a snapshot from github) was published on web3D.org for Web3D 2020 Conference,
- CD0 is current directory of scrubbed text from github2, we will be discussing that name today.
