[x3d-public] new VR system on x3d and constraint programming

Konstantin, I suggest you contact someone at General Electric, Pacific Gas
& Electric, and other transmission line monitoring companies.  My
understanding is that you want to simulate and train on virtual incidents?
  Are you working with any SCADA systems?
