[x3d-public] Errata in Online Spec

Working my way through the spec.  If I see others I'll post here.

When I finish these controls (sound protos work, lighting now, some effects)
I hope to uplift to X3D.  A Covid-stay-mentally-active project.   When  
done will likely upload to github so
folks can have fun with them.  Making 3D toys for children.  :)
