[x3d-public] ESLint Code scanning X3DJSONLD with github

Many of these issues are problems with builds of X3DOM and X_ITE found 
by including the builds in X3DJSONLD.

I hope that ESLint could be turned on for X3DOM and X_ITE on github, and 
the issues could be resolved.  Otherwise, I will probably remove the 
builds from X3DJSONLD as I improve my ESLint scanning issues as well.
