It's a good resource for quality 3D models in my experience, both free and paid.

They have good support for glTF and you can find many models in this
format: https://sketchfab.com/features/gltf

They do not support X3D. They support uploading VRML 2, though
material parameters seem (mostly?) lost (no wonder, as they prefer PBR
materials while VRML has only simple Phong materials). See
