[x3d-public] X3D-Edit 4 beta update: Help buttons, Rename XML Element, Import via CGE converter

Another X3D-Edit 4 release.  Help buttons work for X3D nodes, Rename XML Element fixed, added Import link for Castle Game Engine Convert to X3D page.

TODO in progress, DEF USE panel additions provided for HTML CSS fields (id class style) but resizing still needs work.
