[x3d-public] xmldom node module upgrade

Apparently there was a vulnerability in xmldom node.js module which was
then upgraded to 0.5.0.   I have not applied any changes to my repositories
for this, but if you remove package-lock.json and reinstalled, hopefully
everything will be fixed.
