[x3d-public] xmldom and my repositories

As some may know, many of my repositories use the xmldom npm module.
Versions prior to 0.5.0 of xmldom have been deprecated, so I’ve been
removing package-lock.json and node_modules folder and reinstalling.
Small installation errors, especially due to port to Linux have been
cropping up.

I have stopped upgrading my x3djson folder for now.   Under X3DJSONLD, we
are stuck at 0.12.1 of the Java node module.

My pythonAPI jar files may not be checked in fully.
