John, I repeated your search of “x3d resources examples” in Microsoft Edge search bar (i.e. Bing search engine)

 

Agreed that the Bing response is unexpected, since precise match occurs at

*	X3D Resources, Examples
*	https://www.web3d.org/x3d/content/examples/X3dResources.html#Examples

 

However the returned link is safe, even if Bing/Edge is uncertain.  This is site established by Anita Havele (copied here).

*	3D FOR THE WEB, X3D EXAMPLES
*	https://webx3d.org/x3d-examples

 

Presumably there is some way to inform Bing that this site is trusted
