BVH to XML DOM Document loader/parser, likely based either X3D-Edit or
three.js

Some discussions are welcome if this will fit into X_ITE and X3DOM plans.

Target Languages:

Initially, Typescript and JavaScript.

This will be patterned along the lines of X3DJSONLD, and will likely be
integrated into X3DJSONLD at some point.
