- MIDI2 transport (commandline -M 2)
-- still no MIDI 2.0 Endpoints or services on Windows 11
-- MIDI 1 gets converted to UMP universal midi packet format on input, and
back to MIDI1 messages on output
-- so ready for MIDI2 UMP endpoints
