[x3d-public] Web3D Mailing list submissions should go to one list only

Post-ers to the X3D-Public mailing list are reminded that the mailing list software will generally block messages
if more than one X3D mailing list is on the To and CC: sets of recipients.

If you judge that your message should be seen in multiple lists, submit your posting to each list individually.
