[x3d-public] HAnim to JSON and python stylesheets testing

I was able to test:
https://www.web3d.org/x3d/content/examples/HumanoidAnimation/Skin/JoeKick.json.
It generates appropriate JSON for HAnim.
Looks good! So the onus is on me.
