[x3d-public] SaxonJS 2.6 from Saxonica

Note that there's a new release of SaxonJS from Saxonica, deprecating
version 2.5.

I'll see what kind of testing I can do.

I am not sure of any changes to the Java version.

This affects people who use a compiled stylesheet compiled with xslt3, I
think.
