John, here is a repeated request for self-discipline for your posts on the mailing list.

Your identification of a useful Blender issue is part of a problematic issue report, your email below.

*	Good: you have apparently found a problem in Blender that might have real benefit if fixed.
*	Bad: you have not given any example of what is the problem.
*	Really bad: anyone trying to fix this, usually someone with great expertise, is now on a Great Bug Hunt into the unknown… This wastes someone’s time, and notably someone who might otherwise be helping everyone on something valuable.

Not trying to discourage anyone from posting helpful information, at any time. But too many of these becomes burdensome for readers, and hides your intended message from others.

Good heuristic: when posting, read from perspective “can anyone take specific action on this?” This helps with clarity for everyone.

I hope this feedback helps. Thanks, once again, for your continuing consideration and active efforts.

all the best, Don

Subject: [x3d-public] ROUTE exports from Blender?

If someone could somehow fix X3D ROUTE exports from Blender, that would be cool!

I'm using gtTF exports for animations and HAnim skeleton, and X3D exports for skin.

I hope this works out.

John
