[x3d-public] start timer at fraction 0 after scene loading

I’d like to thank everyone for the input they provided to aid me, again.
Although i can read node definitions, and understand them, it takes an
extra hurdle to see what to do to make them work, that means reading and
digesting prose.  Without everyone’s support, this wasn’t possible!

My addition was the FINALE part.  I am so proud!

If another person can take this and produce a PROTO or a few, that would be
a great contribution.  If not, the standards committee should meet to
discuss how to reduce code size, as the source data is extremely small,
just characters, times and motions (Strings).  Seems like some kind of
mapping object node would be appropriate.  AKA StringSequence?

You trust Don, Joe, you can trust everyone else as well.  Sure everyone
likes humor.  My favorites are dry humor and deadpan humor.  They get me
every time!

If you like, I can publish all the chained animations.  Just let me know
what works for everyone.
